Driver Manager

Responsible for leading transportation and driver operations, the full-time Driver Manager will ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies while overseeing driver performance and yard operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee driver performance, equipment management, and terminal operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods Manage compliance with DOT regulations and handle audits, corrective actions, and operational decision-making Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and vendor management to optimize transportation efficiency and service quality Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years of CDL or transportation experience may substitute for a degree Previous supervisory or management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations Demonstrated knowledge of DOT Hours of Service rules and transportation regulations Working knowledge of geographic service areas and route planning Understanding of labor laws and company policy compliance
