Sales Solutions Architect, Principal

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Solutions Architect, Principal based in United States. The Principal Sales Solutions Architect is a strategic, customer-facing leader responsible for shaping complex sales opportunities and high-value solutions. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to turn customer challenges into compelling business outcomes. The role combines executive relationship management, technical solution design, consultative selling, and strategic business development. You’ll lead discovery workshops, orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams, and develop sophisticated solutions that may incorporate partners, third-party technologies, and tailored services. Your ability to connect technology capabilities with measurable business value will be critical to winning strategic accounts and expanding existing relationships. You’ll also influence product direction, share market intelligence, coach peers, and contribute to thought leadership across the nonprofit sector.
