This role will support a team of accounting professionals and play a key part in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audit support, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post journal entries
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations
• Support monthly close activities and ensure deadlines are met
• Review financial results and assist with monthly reporting and analysis
• Partner with leadership to support timely and accurate close processes
• Assist with audit requests, tax support, and other corporate reporting needs
• Support sales tax audit requests
• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have strong Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Must be able to work in a full-time, onsite accounting job in Tulsa, OK

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
