WE’RE HIRING: HOME CARE COORDINATORS!
Are you organized, dependable, and experienced in the home care industry? We’re looking for a Home Care Coordinator to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Previous home care coordination experience required
✅ Experience with HHAx required
✅ Strong scheduling and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication with caregivers, clients, and families
✅ Ability to multitask and handle scheduling changes
✅ Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate client and caregiver schedules
- Manage staffing and coverage
- Communicate with HHAs, clients, and families
- Monitor schedules and care needs
- Handle call-outs and last-minute changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Help ensure quality and consistent home care services
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
Pay: $25/hr-$30/hr
Schedule: Full-Time
