Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to serve as the right-hand of our property management team, providing quality and prompt service to residents while preserving the physical attributes of the properties. Core Responsibilities Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes Provide complete support to management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures Ensure that all safety measures are enforced Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control, and ensuring key security Inspect curb appeal and ensure the property looks its best Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and teammates Qualifications At least one year of experience in community maintenance Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English Ability to use computers and related applications Versatile, with a broad range of maintenance skills Benefits Three weeks of vacation Personal development plans Comprehensive insurance coverage 25% rent discount for employees EEO Statement Berkshire Residential values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
