• Provides oversight, training, and system integrity for data related to Gateway Region YMCA member management systems
• Collaborates with Membership Operations, Program Management Teams, IT, Philanthropy, Marketing, and Accounting/Finance to ensure that operating systems are providing compliant, accurate, and necessary data to meet association goals
• Designs, implements, and consults on Data Visualization solutions
• Ensures consultation, individualized support, SOP adherence, and report generation happen promptly and serve as tools to facilitate staff in a data-driven approach
• Provide executive leadership professional reports depicting trends and opportunities for mission advancement including supplying data for year-end reporting
• Develops and implements association-wide strategies to improve the consistent practice of transfer of knowledge across teams and roles to drive collaboration
• Supports Association and branch leadership in data management and budget analysis.
• Reviews systems access to ensure compliance and confidentiality
• Enters, and provides supervision for team member who enters, validates, and audits information in systems to ensure accuracy and consistency with data critical projects
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Specialized Skills and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Data Visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Google Data Studio required
• Excellent analytical, organizational, presentation (written and verbal), and communication skills with the ability to effectively translate between end users' needs and database output
• Advanced knowledge of computers and operating systems.
• Excellent data management and reporting skills
• Master the art of influence and relationship building with diverse stakeholders
• Significant experience working with CRMs, such as Daxko Operations
• Ability to proactively research and implement new systems and solutions
