Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Oasis of Clinical Support, your responsibilities will span a variety of activities designed to improve the well-being of your clients:

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage in diagnostic evaluations of clients, setting the stage for effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for couples, families, and individuals, creating a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Implement evidence-based interventions addressing issues such as grief and loss, marital conflicts, job stress, psychological and physical abuse, and adjustment difficulties.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms for remote sessions and ensure adherence to best practices in maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Document client progress and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system with precision and thoroughness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various life challenges. You will work specifically with:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
