This position offers full-time employment, allowing you to work remotely while also engaging with clients in person at our outpatient office located in Richmond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s individual goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Educate and engage clients and their families on the nature of mood disorders, treatment options available, and essential self-care techniques to foster long-term wellness.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect changes in their mental health status.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients with complex needs.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
