Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, specifically grades 3-5
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members
• Adaptable, patient, and creative in supporting a range of learning styles and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and interventions based on IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and maintain clear records and reports
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers to modify curriculum as needed
• Engage regularly with families regarding student achievements and areas for growth
• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
