Clinical Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant MA-C (Primary Care) Location: Issaquah, WA | Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Schedule / Job Type: Contract (Temp-to-Hire) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (58-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities Provide clinical support within a primary care outpatient setting under the direction of licensed providers Perform patient intake, vital signs, and rooming duties in preparation for provider visits Document patient information and clinical data accurately using EPIC electronic health records (experience required) Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care tasks within MA-C scope of practice Maintain a safe, organized clinical environment in accordance with facility protocols Required Qualifications Active MA-C certification (Washington State) required must be in hand at time of submission BLS certification required Minimum of 6 months of experience working as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient clinic setting Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required Reliable personal transportation required; public transportation is not sufficient for this role Must be a local candidate within a 50-mile radius of the facility; locals are welcome and encouraged to apply Must be open and willing to convert to a permanent position at the conclusion of the contract this is a required expectation for eligibility Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in an adult outpatient or primary care clinic setting Experience in a pediatric outpatient or private physician's office setting may be considered Familiarity with clinical workflows and documentation standards in a high-volume outpatient environment Why Join Us This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a clear pathway to permanent placement for qualified local candidates seeking long-term stability Work a consistent MondayFriday daytime schedule with no weekends, no on-call, and no floating required About Us: All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
