Join our dynamic HR team as an intern, where you'll gain hands‑on experience in various HR functions. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives while contributing to the day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks. Gain valuable skills and contribute to a positive workplace experience. Also help office administration works. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews and managing recruitment tracker. Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Assist in conducting orientation sessions and providing relevant materials. Learning: Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees. Support the development of training materials and resources. Employee Engagement: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Assist in collecting feedback and suggestions to enhance the workplace experience. Office Administration: Support day‑to‑day HR and office administrative tasks, including purchasing snacks and office supplies, bill payment, filing, document preparation, and correspondence. Other duties assigned. Required Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
