Assembly Worker Office Phone Refurbishing (Temporary to Hire)

Dot Computer is hiring 2 Assembly Workers for a temporary-to-hire opportunity in our Raynham, MA facility. This role focuses on refurbishing and cleaning office telephones in a production-style environment.

This is a steady, structured position ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a repetitive, hands-on assembly setting.

Job Overview

Location: Dot Computer Raynham, MA Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Full-time) Type: Temporary to Hire Contact: Submit resumes to Alex for review (no screening required; selected candidates may be invited for a working interview)

Key Responsibilities

Clean and refurbish office telephones using approved cleaning fluids and materials
Apply glass cleaner and buff devices to restore appearance
Perform light assembly and finishing work on electronic office equipment
Maintain productivity of approximately 40 units per day
Follow safety and quality standards throughout the process
Work in a structured production environment with minimal distractions

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
Primarily seated work throughout the shift
Standing or movement required periodically for material handling

Work Environment

Locker storage provided
No personal cell phone use during work hours
Clean, organized production setting
30-minute lunch break provided
