LVN Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate LVN Charge Nurse to join our family-oriented senior care team. In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver resident-centered nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans.
