Requirements:

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Assist in patient assessments and document vital signs accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other health care staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by following infection control protocols.
• Participate in patient care planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current LVN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other health care technologies.
• Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
