We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for specialized manufacturing and technical positions in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can drive full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, and process coordination. The position will play a key role in building talent pipelines, improving hiring speed for difficult-to-fill roles, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and attract candidates with experience in technical and manufacturing roles through online platforms, industry networks, social channels, and partnerships with local vocational and trade schools.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and community hiring events to expand visibility and connect with prospective talent in the local market.
• Lead candidates through the full interview lifecycle by scheduling meetings, coordinating assessments, gathering interviewer feedback, and supporting timely hiring decisions.
• Provide consistent and transparent communication to applicants regarding next steps, compensation details, interview outcomes, and shift expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system to support reporting accuracy and compliance standards.
• Develop and monitor recruiting pipeline data for priority manufacturing openings in order to shorten hiring timelines and improve workforce planning.
• Utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and the organization's applicant tracking resources to manage sourcing activity and candidate flow.• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer stage.
• Strong background in candidate sourcing across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Experience in corporate recruiting environments, preferably supporting technical, skilled trade, or manufacturing roles.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring activity while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process.
• Capability to build talent pipelines and use recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill for challenging openings.
