Head of Recruitment

Our client is hiring a Head of Recruiting to lead their recruiting function and manage a team of 4 recruiters. You'll be accountable for the team's output: pipeline volume, speed, and quality of hire, while also owning hiring strategy with leadership and staying hands-on with key searches yourself. What You'll Do Manage and develop a team of 4 recruiters, including hiring, coaching, and performance management Set and track individual and team KPIs (e.g. submittals, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and hold the team accountable to them Run regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews; step in to unblock reqs that are stalling Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to forecast headcount and define role requirements Personally recruit for senior, technical, or otherwise high-priority roles Own recruiting strategy, process, and budget across the function Report on team and function-level metrics to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
