Scope We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Finance team as an Accounts Payable Associate I. In this role, you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. The Associate I role is responsible for processing invoices, sorting and scanning mail, and working with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and will enjoy working in a team environment. This position is based in our headquarters office in Boise, ID and requires onsite work 3 days per week. You will be eligible for hybrid work once initial training is completed.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable transactions, including processing a high volume of invoices dailySort mailScan documentsWork with Excel reports, sort within existing documents and download queriesUse multiple computer applications throughout the AP processIdentify and initiate process improvementsWork with accuracyWork in a team environmentBring your positive energyProvide outstanding customer service to our customersPerform other responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBasic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications such as navigating and sorting within existing documents and downloaded queries.
