Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Department Lead / Supervisor - $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth. About the Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic while overseeing a team of BCBAs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing caregiver education and support Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive Total Compensation: $105,000-113,000 which includes: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm Location : 3319 N.
