This pivotal role involves the development and enforcement of internal controls, as well as the creation of written policies and procedures for extending credit to customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the credit risk management function, including the design, execution, and communication of credit-related policies, and will be expected to develop strategies that contribute to the growth of the loan portfolio. Applicants for the Chief Credit Officer position at the company should be prepared to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
