Job Details Position: HR Human Resources Director Employment: Full Time, Day Shift, Salaried Location: Long Term Care/Healthcare setting Required experience: HR Director experience within a long term care/healthcare setting. Key skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; leadership qualities; LTC/SNF experience. Responsibilities Recruitment of staff as needed. Processing of new hires. Payroll oversight. Facilitating and mediating all labor-related issues. Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner. Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned by Administrator. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. HR Director experience required. Leadership qualities required. LTC/SNF experience required.
