Plant Manager

We are partnering with a growing, globally backed manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Manager to lead operations across a two‑site facility. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong manufacturing experience and a proven ability to drive culture, performance, and accountability. Position Overview The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a multi‑shift workforce, and drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This individual will play a key role in rebuilding team alignment, strengthening leadership, and improving overall operational performance.
