Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Clarity Pathways Counseling, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual psychotherapy that addresses both mental health concerns and substance use disorders.

• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical records to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share insights regarding patient progress.

• Engage in psychoeducation for patients and their families about available resources for mental health and substance abuse recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

Preferred Experience\n
