Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about each client’s mental health history, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions that are tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate proactive crisis intervention, thorough risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the highest level of client safety and care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering community support and shared learning experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
