Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' social, emotional, and environmental challenges to inform individualized service plans.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapeutic support to students and families navigating life challenges such as academic stress, family dynamics, or mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with students to create personalized service plans and link them with appropriate community resources.

• Deliver crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and facilitate safety planning for at-risk students.

• Engage in a multidisciplinary approach through collaboration with school staff, community agencies, and health organizations to ensure cohesive care for students.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
