Manager, Surgical Outcomes - Digital Innovation/Enablement

This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of surgical innovation, commercial transformation, and digital enablement. Shape the innovation agenda and scale outcomes-based selling, digitally enabled tools, and customer-facing digital solutions globally. Drive outcomes-based commercial execution and digital enablement across regions, translating strategy into scalable field adoption and customer impact. Lead downstream execution of the Surgical Outcomes strategy, including playbook dissemination, regional activation, and education efforts. Facilitate regional insights sharing, surfacing best practices, barriers, and opportunities related to both Surgical Outcomes and digital enablement. Define pilot success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact, scalability, and business value. Partner closely with Commercial, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, HEMA, IT, and Regional Marketing to ensure deployment in a coordinated, compliant, and scalable manner. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related; MBA preferred. Minimum 6 years relevant experience, with 3-4 years in commercial, digital, or strategic roles within MedTech/Healthcare. Experience working across global or highly matrixed organizations. Ability to travel approximately 30-40% (international and domestic). Experience with digital strategy/innovation, health tech or medtech; proven delivery in digital transformation and omnichannel commercialization.
