As a Security Officer Clinical Patrol Driver in Chattanooga, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, hallways, and other assigned areas, assisting with visitor directions, foot traffic management, and other security-related support functions.
• Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy-related issues, and by following Allied Universal standards for communication and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccine requirements must be met.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
