- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities such as AP, AR, and Taxes
- Assist Controller with management of month-end and year-end closing process
- Reconcile Balance sheet accounts on monthly basis
- Manage collection activities such as negotiating with past due accounts, bankruptcies, etc.
- Responsible for cash forecasting
- Ensure Expense reports are submitted timely and accurately
- Approve vouchers for payment, manage the terms and the prompt pay discounts
- Handle all aspects of banking
- Compile various reporting packages for the management
- Calculate monthly and quarterly sales and use tax and file returns
- Assist and coordinate efforts with year-end audit
- Mentor, supervise and train Accounting staff
- Maintain and document internal control processes & procedures
- Comply with federal, state, and local requirements
- Adhere to accounting guidelines and mindful of new guidance
- Other duties as assigned
- Accounting - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, reporting and research skills.

- 4-year Degree required, with a concentration in Business, Accounting or Finance
- 5 yrs. of Accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- 5 yrs. of Management experience preferred
- SAP ECC experience required
- Advanced skills in MS Excel Required
- ERP setup and IT infrastructure knowledge preferred
