Position Summary You will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist (PLCYPLN) in the C2 Department, Code 530 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
