Account Director

Bell Integration

Bell Integration is in the business of Driving Digital Transformation for our customers. We are an “AI-First” integrator. "AI-First" means putting Artificial Intelligence at the core of a company's strategy, operations, and product design. Treating it as fundamental infrastructure rather than an add-on, leading to autonomous systems, massive automation, continuous learning, and a shift for human roles towards creativity and strategy. This allows for unprecedented speed and new value creation for our customers and is a fundamental business model shift, moving from "AI-inside" (AI as an enhancement) to "AI-native" (AI as the DNA). For Bell this means not only delivering AI solutions for our customers but also embracing AI technology and tools to enrich processes and the way we deliver services to our customers. We are in search for an Account Director in the US who is able to help fuel this AI First journey with our customers. This person should be located in the Northeast, preferably with proximity to New York metro area. The Account Director will introduce and promote all Bell Integration’s Consultancy, Integration, Support and Product offerings. The Account Director will help ensure Sales Revenue and GM growth are maximised, while delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is an experienced individual, focused on achieving sales targets, accurate opportunity reporting and meeting deadlines. Must have a broad range of current and relevant IT knowledge gained through extensive account management experience within the IT sector. This is a heavily relationship focused position and the ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives on working in a fast paced but well-structured sales environment. Responsibilities Achieving Gross Marin (GM) sales targets set each quarter by Sales Director To pro-actively seek new business in all specified product ranges, by targeting prospective customers To achieve all Management set personal Objectives To be your customers “champion” inside Bell. To set and drive high service levels for the customer which adds tangible value add service Attend Sales meeting and update team on any developments in your pipeline, thus ensuring a high level of team relationships exist. Keeping CRM system fully updated Generating and nurturing leads, maintaining such leads effectively along with prospective company profiling Achieve comprehensive product knowledge, to a standard where you could train other sales staff if needed Ensure that the rest of the sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts that you come across in your day to day calls, relationships and functions Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the Sales Director Maintain an agreed level of proactive contact (1-1 visits, phone calls, e-mail etc.) with new customers throughout the US To attend product training as arranged by Sales Management Ensure that all reports required by the Sales Director and Sales Operations, are delivered on schedule Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management Team Maintain a professional standard at all times To be punctual, maintain dress standards, be polite and courteous to customers at all times Experience Must have an Information Technology sales background Experience selling to Financial Services sector is highly desirable Experience selling Systems & Application Integration services is very desirable. An applied knowledge of automation, data and AI concepts and solutions is key Experience in sales & account management role Experience within a fast paced, dynamic company delivering to enterprise customers Proven experience in time management of complex and varied tasks Proven sales success in identification of opportunities within the customer base against core offerings Proven revenue retention and revenue growth Can provide evidence of working in a target related environment. Knowledge IT Infrastructure at a high level IT Problem solving Return on Investment Analysis – high level AI/ML foundations Educated to Degree level or equivalent Skills Identification of opportunities Engaging meeting & technical presentation skills Flexible and adaptable communication skills and social style depending on differing customer audiences Commercial and Business awareness Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients. Excellent at building customer relationships. Ability to present in a professional manner Use to selling and communicating to senior managers and directors Can provide proven track record of ability to close business.
