Technology Operations Support Analyst

Role Overview The Technology Operations Support Analyst will champion the employee experience, eliminate operational drag, and work at the intersection of IT operations and cybersecurity. They will provide exceptional service for resolving end‑user computing and customer platform issues, coordinate and provide comprehensive support for all aspects of user provisioning and deprovisioning, and monitor critical security tooling. The analyst will also translate relevant security intelligence into actionable configurations within our security tooling and support the implementation and operationalization of threat event monitoring and response capabilities. What You Will Do The Technology Operations Support Analyst will provide end‑user & platform support, identity & access automation, security monitoring & triage, threat intelligence & defense, endpoint & fleet management, proactive performance monitoring, and continuous learning (and hacking).
