Customer Relationship Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Relationship Expert in our Columbus, OH location. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues
• Analyze customer feedback to improve overall customer experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in customer service or sales role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
