Accounting Manager

Growing manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead key accounting and financial reporting activities while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and support business growth. Responsibilities: Manage month-end and year-end close processes Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Support revenue recognition and technical accounting matters Provide oversight of accounts payable operations Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities Partner with leadership to analyze financial results and support decision-making Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Manufacturing experience required Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and accounting operations Experience with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives CPA and/or MBA preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bolton Group
