Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead scalable EHS strategies across multiple rail projects, ensuring compliance and adaptability to evolving regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout project lifecycles.
• Establish and maintain reliable EHS systems, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive innovation in EHS practices, integrating new technologies and methodologies to enhance operational safety and sustainability.
• Promote knowledge sharing by mentoring team members and facilitating EHS training programs to build organizational expertise.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS project management experience, preferably in rail or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in EHS management systems, risk assessment tools, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
