Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges, strengths, and resources of clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to specific client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to potential performance-based bonuses.
