Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide patient care and support in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents through compassionate assistance and basic clinical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Monitor and record residents' vital signs and overall condition.
Support clinical staff by performing essential patient care duties.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
Follow facility protocols and report any changes in residents' health to nursing staff.
Adhere to infection control policies, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification and active state licensure.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents with their activities safely.
Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
