Job Description As a Elite Armed Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support asset protection efforts, observe suspicious behavior, and/or report policy violations or hazards. Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with post orders and company guidelines while maintaining a professional presence and supporting security-related response activities. Minimum Requirements Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience or 5+ years of armed security experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas only. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
