Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM Wed: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM Thur: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM Fri: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM Sun: 10:00 AM - 04:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and/or other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or receiving zones to help support access control, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior. Assist with de-escalation, provide visible presence during business hours, and/or support closing and opening procedures in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Level III Armed Security License is required in Texas only. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
