Our personal injury attorneys collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for the best outcome for our clients.Responsibilities of the position include:* Manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring timing and strategic handling of all aspects of the case* Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client’s behalf when appropriate* Conduct thorough case research, review medical records, and gather relevant information to build compelling cases* Draft and modify legal documents, including pleading and demand letters* Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases are handled effectively and efficiently* Maintain organized and updated documentation for each case in the firm’s case management system## QualificationsPosition requirements include:* Attorneys with 3-5 years of experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation case management are encouraged to apply* The candidate should have high level analytical and legal research and writing skills and a passion for advocating for injured parties due to the wrongful acts of another* This position will work closely with clients, and collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff* The ideal candidate should enjoy working with others and collaborating on personal injury matters to achieve the best outcome on behalf of Burg Simpson’s clients* A license to practice law is mandatory and a license to practice in Colorado is preferred* Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, but is not a requirement of the position
