Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level) > Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) > Senior RBT > Junior Case Manager/Case Manager Appointee > Case Manager > Senior Case Manager > BCBA > Clinical Director We have a high need for therapists in the Alhambra, Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley area! Responsibilities A registered behavior technician is responsible for: Providing one-on-one, in-home behavioral intervention to ABA Effects clients in accordance with the behavioral treatment plan. Collecting and documenting accurate and timely records of a child’s performance via an electronic data collection software. Reporting on patient progress to Case Managers and Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and implementing feedback during each therapy session Actively conduct session moving frequently and constantly repositioning in response to and in anticipation of the client’s movements and behaviors Initial and ongoing paid training and supervision Paid drive time and mileage reimbursements Paid time off and sick time Ability to cash out unused sick time at the end of the year LifeMart corporate discount programs for business, travel, tickets, electronics, home, auto, wellness, family, and more Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plan for full-time employees 8 paid company holidays Referral Program Opportunities for advancement An Ideal Candidate... Would have a Registered Behavior Technician Certification Must available Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm (This range is for availability, and you will not be scheduled this many hours in one week) Must be willing to drive 30-mile radius from office in Alhambra, CA Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be active to move frequently throughout session and constantly reposition themselves to respond to the movement and behaviors of the patient Would have a passion and enthusiasm for working with kids Must have reliable transportation and proof of car insurance Must pass tuberculous test Must pass criminal background test (DOJ/FBI) Would have familiarity with iPads and the Apple ecosystem Must have a minimum of High School diploma or equivalent Our amazing team is searching for an ambitious Registered Behavior Technician to grow with us who shares our passion for improving the lives of children and families impacted by Autism and other developmental disabilities.
