Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate

Buzz Solutions is on the hunt for a stellar Recruiting Coordinator / People Operations Associate. As we continue to scale, we would like to find a highly organized, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator, People Operations Associate to support our hiring needs and employee experience initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple departments/time zones and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process Maintain records within the ATS (greenhouse) Work alongside all our hiring managers to gather notes and feedback on candidates in our pipeline Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish Assist in sourcing candidates for all our open positions within our organization Coordinate employee engagement activates and events Assist with HR compliance documentations and audits Support the onboarding process by sending welcome emails and onboarding schedules Walking employees through our employee handbook, benefits enrollment and policies Introduce our new employees to our company culture and values Help coordinate employee recognition programs Assist in Ad hoc projects as they arise Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar support role Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with any ATS and HRIS platforms as well as other HR related platform a plus Experience working in a high growth stage company Anticipated Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Benefits: Health, Dental &Vision insurance, 401k Contributions, Unlimited Paid Time Off, STD/LTD,
