A leading brokerage firm is seeking a VP of Tax to play a key role in structuring and placing tax insurance solutions for clients. The candidate will engage in M&A transactions, tax credit investments, and corporate risk management strategies. Qualified candidates should have a JD and 3+ years of Big Law experience, specializing in M&A transactions and able to demonstrate proven client-facing skills.
