- Conduct complete vehicle simulations and under-hood thermal analysis to support Our Client's next-generation diesel, natural gas, and electric truck programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and testing teams to align simulation models, plan physical tests, and validate CFD results against real-world experimental data.
- Analyze and post-process CFD data to resolve design issues and deliver actionable technical recommendations to Our Client's engineering organization.
- Lead global CAE and development teams from initial concept to production, optimizing cooling airflow and overall thermal management.
- Synthesize simulation, historical, and test data to continuously refine simulation strategies and improve heavy-duty vehicle performance.
