Client Services & Legal Assistant

We're a growing estate planning law firm in the South Bay (Los Angeles) area looking for an outstanding Client Services & Legal Assistant to join our team. Are you outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others? This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while also taking pride in keeping documents, files, and administrative processes organized and accurate. Our ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients, greeting and assisting them over the phone, by email, and in person. This person will also provide important administrative support to our legal team, including scanning and organizing documents, maintaining client files, updating matter notes in Actionstep, preparing mailings, and helping ensure that important tasks and communications do not fall through the cracks. We are looking for someone who wants to go the extra mile when assisting clients and colleagues alike. The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
