Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $77,500.00/yr We're seeking a detail‑driven Legal Assistant eager to make a real impact within a dynamic legal services team. In this role, you'll be a key force behind smooth, efficient operations—providing essential administrative and organizational support that keeps the department running at its best. Description Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff. Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the legal team. Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems. Assist with billing and invoicing processes as needed. Conduct research and gather information for legal cases and projects. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal and company policies. Profile A successful Legal Assistant should have: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with legal professionals and clients. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
