PAR Operations - Senior Analyst

Responsibilities Understand the full PAR program and execute it to completeness and accuracy. Execute complex and challenging Periodic Access Reviews. Handle a high volume of Periodic Access Reviews assigned. Support the team lead with running PAR campaigns. Train to eventually lead or co‑lead campaigns under overall guidance of the team lead. Train and mentor junior Analyst staff. Maintain procedure and work instruction documentation, meeting with SMEs for updates. Become a subject‑matter expert in at least 1–2 types of PARs, serving as the go‑to person for questions. Ensure on‑time and proper execution of the access review control, meeting internal policy and external regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in IT Compliance / Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management. 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or higher level. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team structure. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications 3–4+ years of experience in IT Compliance / Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management. CISA or CRISC certification. Employment Details Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Time type: Full time. Pay Typical pay range: $64,890.00 – $173,040.00. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
