Per Diem Receptionist Opportunity

South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Rockland is hiring per diem receptionists to help with holiday and vacation coverage!

Weekly pay at $16 an hour.

Requirements:

• Prior reception or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a working knowledge of filing and respect for confidentiality.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Must possess a cheerful personality and be able to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Duties:

• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to the appropriate areas.
• Respond to phone calls and direct to appropriate team members.
• Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.
• Is responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and do not waste supplies.
• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
• Knowledgeable in facility's Privacy Practice and complies by protecting all residents' health information.
