Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments of family dynamics and individual needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Engaging clients in conversations to identify and unpack patterns of behavior that may contribute to familial conflict.

• Providing support and guidance to individuals processing grief, trauma, or relationship challenges.

• Documenting progress and formulating comprehensive reports that serve as credible expert testimony when required.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to create a holistic treatment approach.

• Offering expert testimony in legal settings regarding family dynamics and therapy outcomes to assist in resolving pertinent cases.

Our clientele ranges widely, encompassing diverse families, couples, and individuals navigating various life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active LMFT license issued by the state of Texas is mandatory, ensuring compliance with local regulations governing therapeutic practices.

• Successful completion of a minimum of one year of supervised clinical hours is necessary, as is passing a state-sanctioned examination.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families dealing with diverse mental health and relational issues.

• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills, customized to cater to specific client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
