What Youll Be Doing

• Be the first smile patients hear and see on the phone and in person
• Schedule and reschedule appointments with accuracy and care
• Collect and update patient demographics insurance and important details
• Handle patient payments post charges and provide receipts
• Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter
• Jump in where needed every day can look a little different!

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• A warm professional communicator who enjoys helping others
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Organized reliable and great at juggling multiple tasks
• Calm positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
