Job Summary:
The General Office Manager oversees daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth, organized, and efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office activities and administrative tasks
- Support staff scheduling, coordination, and communication
- Handle invoicing, basic payroll support, and recordkeeping
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and management
- Maintain files, compliance documents, and office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous office management or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
