Our organization is currently seeking OBGYN locum tenens coverage for a facility located in Oregon.

• Provider Preference: Ideally looking for one provider , but two providers may also be considered.

• Start Date: January 1, 2027

• End Date: Ongoing

• Electronic Medical Record System: Epic

• Type of Coverage: Both Inpatient and Outpatient

• Schedule Format: Combination of Clinic and Call

• Call Structure: Weeknight Beeper Call and 24-Hour Weekend Beeper Call

• Coverage Preference:

  • Full-time coverage is preferred.

• Alternative Coverage Options:

  • 1 week on/1 week off

  • 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

• Clinic Schedule: Available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

• Call Requirements: 8 call shifts per month (to be divided if two providers are engaged)

  • Call shifts may be irregular and not necessarily consecutive.

• Call Coverage Includes:

  • 1 weekend of 24-hour call

  • 5 weekday call shifts

  • During weekday call shifts, providers will be compensated at their standard hourly rate for clinic hours and a separate night call rate while on call.

• Shift Timings:

  • Clinic: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • 24-Hour Call: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

  • Night Call: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • Must possess an active Oregon medical license.

  • DEA registration is required.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within the last 3-5 years.

  • BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.

  • OB and GYN privileges are necessary, along with adequate case logs from the past 24 months to secure privileges.

• Additional Information:

  • Expect 0-2 deliveries during 24-hour call shifts.

  • Providers should be capable of managing emergency ectopic cases.

  • Assistance with in-office procedures and minor GYN/OR surgeries will be provided.
